Cologne, May 21, 2010. AdLINK Internet Media AG, Germany's largest stock exchange-listed online marketing company, is to be renamed Sedo Holding AG and will move its headquarters from Montabaur to Cologne.
The Annual Shareholders' Meeting of AdLINK Internet Media AG on May 19, 2010 resolved to change the company's name to Sedo Holding AG. It was also decided to relocate the company's registered office from Montabaur to Cologne. The two decisions reflect the company's realignment in 2009 and its focus on the fields of Domain Marketing (Sedo) and Affiliate Marketing (affilinet).

Its excellent infrastructure is ideal and our close proximity to the university makes it easier for us to attract highly skilled job applicants," says Tim Schumacher, CEO of Sedo Holding AG (currently still trading under AdLINK Internet Media AG). "We want to continue growing in Cologne and create new jobs here," adds Schumacher.
Dr. Norbert Walter-Borjans, Cologne's Treasurer and Director of Economic Development, is also delighted about the move: "We've succeeded in attracting a highly innovative company to Cologne with Sedo Holding AG (currently still trading under AdLINK Internet Media AG).
