Tunc Holding AG: Contract with Latelz Co Ltd. in Cambodia on 60 GSM sites

Delta Telecom Cambodia Ltd. (No: F17, Norodom Street. Sangkat Tonle Basac Khan Cham Karmor, Phnom Penh, Cambodia), a subsidiary of Tunc Telekomünikasyon A.S, has signed a contract with Latelz Co. Ltd. (Monivong Street IOC center 6th floor Room 5, Phnom Penh, Cambodia) on the 20th June 2008. The contract contains the installation and integration of 60 turnkey GSM sites in the year 2008. In the corporate news dated on 04th March 2008 it has already been reported about the tender for Cambodia which Tunc Telekomünikasyon A.S now has won. Decisions corresponding to the tenders for Burundi and Cambodia have not been made yet but Tunc Telekomünikasyon A.S is confident to be able to sign these contracts as well.
It is planned to integrate Delta Telecom Cambodia Ltd. into Tunc Holding AG if the company is able to establish itself in the Cambodian Market. The signed contract, however, is meant to continue so it is expected that the volume will increase in the following years. This indicates a first step for Delta Telecom Cambodia Ltd. to become an important player in a prospering market. Time Turns Telecom Company holds the GSM licenses for Laos, Cambodia and Burundi and has established Latelz Co. Ltd. to operate in Cambodia.
