Dortmund (euro adhoc) - IT service provider adesso has joined forces with
hosting provider ADACOR to establish adesso hosting services GmbH. The new
company offers a range of complex hosting and cloud services solutions.
adesso has expanded its group portfolio with a range of services focussing on
the development and hosting of system environments by founding adesso hosting
services GmbH. The new adesso subsidiary is a joint venture by adesso AG and
ADACOR Hosting GmbH. adesso holds a 51 percent stake in the new company, while
the remaining 49 percent is owned by ADACOR.
The wide range of individual, complex hosting and cloud services solutions
offered by the new company means that adesso will now be able to offer an
optimum service portfolio across the entire value-added chain.
The key competencies of adesso hosting services GmbH include:
- Complex hosting: Custom, high-performance hosting solutions based on certified
security standards, including managed hosting, trusted hosting and media
hosting.
- Cloud services: Versatile cloud technologies for hosting internet projects and
media files, including the provision of virtual servers, virtual storage systems
and content delivery.
