(VSE/Euronext: ATRS), one of the leading real estate companies focused on

Europe, refers to the settlement agreement with Meinl Bank and others which
Atrium entered into on 17 June 2011. Atrium announces that the settlement has
become fully effective as of today.
Atrium now looks forward to focusing fully on its future strategy rather than
historical issues.
