Intention to hold AGM
Jersey, 28 April 2014. Atrium European Real Estate (VSE/Euronext: ATRS), a
leading owner, operator and developer of retail real estate and shopping centres
in Central and Eastern Europe, announces today that it will hold its annual
general meeting ("AGM") at 10:45 a.m. (Jersey time) on Thursday 15 May 2014 at
Atlantic Hotel, Le Mont de la Pulente, St Brelade, Jersey, JE3 8HE, Channel
Islands.
At this AGM the Company will seek approval from its Shareholders on the
following matters:
1. receiving the Annual Accounts;
2. the re-appointment of KPMG Channel Islands Limited as auditors of the
Company;
3. authorising the Directors to agree the auditors' remuneration;
4. renewing the Company's authority to acquire Shares on the market; and
5. conferring a limited authority on the Directors to issue Shares and/or
securities convertible into Shares.
A circular providing further details of the proposed resolutions and the AGM and
supporting documentation has been published and is available on the Company's
website (www.aere.com).
