Notification in line with Article 26 of the Securities Trading Act
We have received the following corrected notifications in line with the Securities Trading Act:
In a letter dated September 20, 2007, Janus Capital Management LLC (USA) informed Arcandor AG about the following: "We hereby give notice, pursuant to Section 21, paragraph 1 of WpHG, that on 12 September 2007 our voting interest in Arcandor AG exceeded the threshold of 3% and amounts to 3.08% (6,800,633 voting rights) on this day. 3.08% of the voting rights (6,800,633 voting rights) are attributable to us in accordance with sec. 22 para. (1) sent. (1) no. (6) of the WpHG."
In a letter dated September 24, 2007, Janus Capital Management LLC (USA) informed Arcandor AG about the following: "We hereby give notice, pursuant to Section 21, paragraph 1 of WpHG, that on 14 September 2007 our voting interest in Arcandor AG exceeded the threshold of 5% and amounts to 5.45% (12,036,216 voting rights) on this day. 5.45% of the voting rights (12,036,216 voting rights) are attributable to us in accordance with sec. 22 para. (1) sent. (1) no. (6) of the WpHG."
