Arcandor AG, Essen, is in advanced exclusive negotiations with Sun Capital Partners Inc, Boca Raton/USA. A letter of intent has been signed with respect to the sale of neckermann.de shares. Both parties are heading for a conclusion of the transaction by the end of November 2007. Application for antitrust approval is planned to take place today by Sun Capital.
