The Company intends to redeem all currently outstanding 445,270 Preferred
Securities in cash at the Liquidation Preference of EUR 100 per Preferred
Security plus any accrued and unpaid dividends thereon on the next possible
Dividend Date subject to the fulfilment of all requirements set out in the
optional redemption provisions of the Articles of Association of the Company and
subject to the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991, as amended. Notice of such
redemption containing the applicable redemption date and details will then be
given separately according to the Articles of Association of the Company.
Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalised terms used in this notice have the
meaning ascribed thereto in the Articles of Association of the Company.
