November 2011 erfolgten Kauf mit 399´282 eigenen Namenaktien neu 3,066 % der Stimmrechte an der LifeWatch AG besitzt. Zudem hat die Gesellschaft noch 694'092 Optionen, was an einem Anteil von 5,33% an Stimmrechten der LifeWatch AG entspricht.
