Company Information
Cuxhaven (euro adhoc) - Cuxhaven, 6th January 2012 - A change in the management
of PNE WIND USA, Inc. has taken place: André De Rosa is replacing Kelly Lloyd as
General Manager. Kelly Lloyd has been General Manager of PNE WIND USA, a
subsidiary company of the German wind farm developer, PNE WIND AG, since January
2009.
"We thank Kelly Lloyd for the development work he has carried out in the rather
complex wind energy market in the USA" said Martin Billhardt, Chairman of the
Board of PNE WIND AG. During this time the development of several wind farm
projects in the USA has been driven forward.
The new General Manager, André De Rosa, has been working for PNE WIND USA since
2010. He will contribute many years of experience in both power marketing as
well as project management. In addition, he has sound knowledge of sales and the
real estate sector gained in previous positions. He has studied financial
management in the USA.
PNE WIND USA develops wind farm projects, particularly in the Midwest of the USA
and has focused on medium sized wind farms. Kelly Lloyd has carried out
significant development work in establishing the internal organisation, the
project portfolio and a comprehensive network of contacts to companies and
authorities active in the wind energy sector.
Currently, PNE WIND USA is developing wind farm projects, in which up to approx.
1,800 MW of nominal output can be constructed.
Company profile
PNE WIND AG, which is headquartered in Cuxhaven, plans and implements wind farm
projects on land (onshore) and at high sea (offshore). Core competencies are in

as their operation and sales with associated service. So far, the company has
installed 97 wind farms with 563 wind power plants and a total capacity of 804
