Mai 2015 - Gestern fand in Altdorf, Schweiz, die 7. ordentliche Generalversammlung der Orascom Development Holding AG (Orascom Development) statt. An der Generalversammlung nahmen 319 Aktionäre teil. Insgesamt waren 73,99% des ausgegebenen Aktienkapitals vertreten. Sämtliche Anträge des Verwaltungsrates wurden mit deutlicher Mehrheit angenommen. Alle bisherigen Verwaltungsräte wurden für ein weiteres Amtsjahr bestätigt. Für das Geschäftsjahr 2014 wird keine Dividende ausgeschüttet. Über die Gruppe Orascom Development ist ein führender Entwickler von integrierten Ortschaften/Städten, die Hotels, Privatvillen, Wohnungen, Freizeiteinrichtungen wie etwa Golfplätze und Jachthäfen aber auch unterstützende Infrastruktur umfassen.
