Thomas Pleli is the new Chief Operating Officer of FACC AG
At the Supervisory Board meeting on 1 October 2009, Thomas Pleli has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer of FACC AG effective 1 October 2009 for the term of 3 years. Mr. Pleli joined FACC in August 2007. Prior to his assignment he served as General Manager, Interior, Engine & Nacelle. In his function as Chief Operating Officer he is responsible for facilities/production, logistics, human resources, tooling/maintenance, industrial engineering SUA, as well as investments.
Styria-born Thomas Pleli (36) graduated the Technical College in Kapfenberg. During his professional career, he completed management training courses with a focus on production, quality and business organization - leadership. He has many years experience in leadership positions in the automotive and aerospace suppliers industry.
In the course of the appointment of Thomas Pleli as Chief Operating Officer also the corporate functions of the management board members have been changed. The members of the management board of FACC AG and their associated corporate functions now are as follows:
