Board of Directors (Appointments and Changes)
Bad Oeynhausen, January 2, 2013 (euro adhoc) - James Lim left the Board of
Directors of Balda AG when his contract expired on December 31, 2012. He remains
a member of the Board of Directors of the group company Balda Solutions Malaysia
Sdn. Bhd. In the future, he will focus exclusively on the reorientation of the
Electronic Products segment, which is headquartered in Ipoh, Malaysia. The
segment was successfully restructured under James Lim's leadership in 2012.
The Board of Directors of Balda AG is currently headed by Dominik Müser as sole
director.
