JoWooD Entertainment presents the first quarterly results of FY 2010.

Because of the decent amount of new releases in the first quarter of FY 2010, revenue is on a lower level compared to last year´s reference period.
As already set forth in the ad-hoc message of the annual results of FY 2009, the respective quarterly results of FY 2010 are subject to significant fluctuations because of the uneven allocation of new releases.
As planned, the low revenue of the first quarter of FY 2010 in connection with the performed investment program has led to an exposure of the company´s cash flow. It is mainly characterized by development expenditures for the game project "ArcaniA: Gothic 4". Approximately 70% of the investment volume of the first quarter account for this title.
From a current point of view, management assumes that the result- and cash flow -debiting effects will - according to plan - turn around in the upcoming quarters, and the previous year results will be outperformed.
