ALTA FIDES AG für Grundvermögen (ISIN: DE000A0B7EZ7), which has been quoted on the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since December 2006, has concluded the most successful business year ever in its corporate history with the sales and profit figures mentioned above.
The positive business development also continues during the business year 2007. By now, ALTA FIDES AG has been able to increase its property portfolio to approx. 1,000 units comprising approx. 80,000 sqm. Moreover, another significant increase of the property portfolio is already being planned. In the opinion of the company, the total turnover and operating results will more than double during the business year which has just begun on account of the considerably increased business in the field of the sale of flats to sitting tenants, the expansion in the field of the reconstruction of listed buildings into the old federal states as well as the conclusion of the first contracts in the field of the acquisition and the utilization of non-performing loans.
The revenue generated by the company will also be increased considerably on account of the business expansion. For the year 2007, ALTA FIDES AG expects annual net profits exceeding EUR 13 million.
