Ad hoc announcement according to art. 15 WpHG (German securities trading act):
Stuttgart, 15 August 2007: During the first half of the year 2007, ALTA FIDES AG increased its Operating Revenue by more than 122.5 per cent to EUR 21.22 million compared to the same period of the previous year. In the second quarter of 2007, the Operating Revenue has increased by 122.7 per cent to EUR 10,88 million compared to the same period of the previous year. This resulted in an income per share of 68 Cents in the first half year.
The shares of the company are quoted on the stock exchanges in Frankfurt/Main, Stuttgart, Berlin-Bremen and Düsseldorf as well as in the electronic trading system of XETRA under ISIN DE000A0B7EZ7.
During the first half of the year 2007, ALTA FIDES AG achieved an Operating Revenue of EUR 21.22 million compared with EUR 9.54 million during the same period in 2006. The Corporate Result after tax rose by approx. 105 per cent from EUR 2.33 million in the first half year 2006 to EUR 4.77 million during the first half year of 2007. On account of the current business situation and the projects in development the management board has once again confirmed its planning for the entire year without any changes.
