CEO Norbert Ketterer and the supervisory board of ALTA FIDES AG have amicable agreed today that Mr. Ketterer will resign from the management board of the company effectively as of 15 October 2008. It was also agreed with CFO Rainer Fuchs that he will resign from the management board of the company effectively as of 30 November 2008. Furthermore, COO Christian Dunkelberg has resigned from the management board effectively as of 15 October 2008.
Simultaneously, Mr. Jan Giessler, Managing Partner of ConLead GmbH, was appointed as member of the management board of the company effectively as of 16 October 2008. It is planned to appoint another member of the management board in the midterm.
