Frankfurt / Main, October 20, 2011 - The Supervisory Board of YOUNIQ AG has
today appointed Mr. Marcus Schmitz as a member of the Management Board and new
Chief Financial Officer with effect as of January 1, 2012. He will succeed Dr.
Marcel Crommen, who, as a Management Board member since July 2009, has
accompanied the successful positioning of YOUNIQ AG. The Supervisory Board
extends its thanks to Dr. Crommen, who will resign with effect as of December
31, 2011, for his great commitment and for the successful cooperation.
Marcus Schmitz has several years of experience in the capital market and real
estate sectors, most recently as CFO of IFM Immobilien AG. As CFO at YOUNIQ AG
he will be aligning the commercial processes in real estate development to the
growth programme of YOUNIQ AG. Together with CEO Rainer Nonnengässer he will
consistently be advancing the company´s strategy.
