Subtitle: Acquisition of a majority of the shares in LAUER-FISCHER GmbH in
Fürth.

Koblenz (euro adhoc) - June 22, 2011: CompuGroup Medical AG, one of the leading
global providers of eHealth solutions, has today entered the market for pharmacy
software. The company acquired 75% of the shares in LAUER-FISCHER GmbH from ARZ
Haan AG for the purchase price of 52,5 million Euros. CompuGroup Medical
continues on the path of profitable growth and complements the current
activities by entering the pharmacy sector.

LAUER-FISCHER is one of the leading and most innovative companies in the market
and services approximately 20% of German pharmacies today. The company has 470
employees who develop software and system solutions for pharmacies, with a
sales volume of 49.8 million euros in 2010. The operative result (EBITDA) was
9.8 million euros and earnings before taxes (EBT) were 6.2 million euros.

Frank Gotthardt, CEO and Founder of CompuGroup Medical AG, emphasized this new
milestone in the company´s history: "CompuGroup Medical has unique experience
in cross-sector linkage. With LAUER-FISCHER, we are enhancing our portfolio in
the German market with a significant component." CompuGroup Medical´s customers
already include private practice physicians and dentists, hospitals,
rehabilitation facilities, health insurance companies and industry customers
and the new pharmacy customers complete the position in German healthcare.
