Adfortel Acquires App Developing Company "The AppFabrik"

Adfortel - currently active as supplier of audio based mobile advertising services such as VoiceAds and TuneAds - acquires app developer The AppFabrik. This will expand Adfortel's audio based lines of business to apps and suits its strategic developments. Financial details are not to be disclosed.
The first app to be launched is a messaging app enabling audio and interactivity with its customer base. The AppFabrik will launch its apps white labeled to 3rd parties such as brands, music labels, operators and media agencies.
Besides offering stand alone apps, The AppFabrik apps will and can always be integrated into the current Adfortel services portfolio, to enable Adfortel to offer mobile advertising interaction with its users in a fun and smart way. Adfortel is in doing so going a step further in the mobile advertising business where interactivity is still largely lacking.
Adfortel's focus and lead in developing new and innovative mobile advertising services again enables its clients and partners to be at the forefront of a very dynamic mobile advertising market.
The AppFabrik's apps are being offered in several countries in regions such as the Middle-East, Europe and the USA. Launches are expected at the beginning of 2012.
