accordance with § 20 Section 5 AktG notified that she is no longer involved with
a quarter of the shares at the Tantalus Rare Earths AG.
The Aston Nash Limited*, Malleseon Stephen Jaques 37th Floor, Two International
Finance Centre 8 Finance Street, Central Hong Kong, has notified us according to
§ 20 section 1 AktG that she holding 1,146,229 shares, more than a quarter of
the shares, at the Tantalus Rare Earths AG.
In addition Mr. Rigoll has notified us that he holds additional 25,171 shares
