Stock exchange listed S IMMO AG (Bloomberg: SPI:AV, Reuters: SIAG.VI) announces
that the Management Board today decided to submit a binding offer in the ongoing
bidding process for the acquisition of UniCredit Bank Austria AG's stake of
16.35% in CA Immobilien Anlagen Aktiengesellschaft. The outcome of the bidding
process is uncertain and will be communicated by UniCredit Bank Austria AG at
the appropriate time.
