Infosys would like to clarify that the record date for the bonus issue is proposed by the company and will be reconfirmed upon the approval of the shareholders. In addition, we would also like to confirm that the book closure date for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and Final Dividend is June 17, 2015 (not June 17, 2015 to June 22, 2015 as mentioned earlier).
