Frankfurt, October 10, 2011 - Today the shares of Vasseti (UK) PLC were
initially traded in the Entry Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The
board of the Kuala-Lumpur-based company had travelled to the Frankfurt Stock
Exchange to follow the initiation of the trading at the quality segment of
Frankfurt Stock Exchange. "We are pleased with this important milestone in our
business development and our ambitious growth strategy." commented Mr. Ranjeet

Vasseti (UK) PLC had been listed in Frankfurt since August 23, 2011. Renell
Wertpapierhandelsbank AG acted as the Designated Sponsor for the diversified
conglomerate. Concerning the potential of the shares, Mr. Sidhu is very
optimistic: "We may have just listed our company recently, but we certainly are
not new kids on the block. We have been in business through several adverse
economic situations and it only made us stronger. The testimony is that all our
investors have made money from our businesses through all those time and again."
The conglomerate operates a highly successful business portfolio comprised of
three major components with operations mainly in Malaysia: First, Vasseti´s
telecommunications business operates a new and modern fibre-optic
telecommunication infrastructure in Malaysia; second, the conglomerate has a
large information and communication (ICT) technology subsidiary; and third, it
has a real estate business unit investing in strategic landed properties. In
addition, Vasseti has initiated numerous high growth potential investments
recently which will be adding sustained value to its business portfolio.
In September, Vasseti has been announced as part of the prestigious "Economic
Transformation Program" which is headed by the Malaysian Prime Minister. This
success illustrates Vasseti´s important and prominent role in the Malaysian
