In the context of the delay with the sale of the assets ALPINE-ENERGIE, HAZET
and the unit special underground construction, the management of ALPINE reviewed
its business plans. The updated business plans are available now and, together
with the development of ALPINE Groups business, form the basis for negotiations
with the financing partners and discussions with the shareholder, especially
about all necessary means for the bridge financing of liquidity requirements in
the context of implementing the current restructuring program.
Based on the support of the shareholder and positive negotiations with the
financing partners, the issuer continues to assume its ability to satisfy its
financial obligations.
