Grand City Properties S.A.: Erfolgreiche Kapitalerhöhung über EUR 15 Mio.
Die Grand City Properties S.A. hat im Rahmen der aktuellen Barkapitalerhöhung
einen Brutto-Emissionserlös von EUR 15,125 Mio. erzielt. Insgesamt wurden
5.500.000 neue Aktien zu einem Ausgabebetrag von EUR 2,75 im Rahmen einer
internationalen Privatplatzierung an institutionelle Investoren platziert. Die
Mittel sind vorrangig für den Erwerb weiterer Immobilienportfolios bestimmt.
Die Kapitalerhöhung wurde durch die quirin bank AG, Berlin, als Bookrunner
begleitet.
Grand City Properties S.A. received gross proceeds of EUR 15.125 million during
the current capital increase against contribution in cash. A total of 5.5
million new shares were placed at an issue price of EUR 2.75 as part of an
international private placement to institutional investors. The funds are
primarily determinded for the acquisition of additional real estate portfolio.
The capital increase was accompanied by the quirin bank AG, Berlin, as
bookrunner.
