Additional financing commitment - operations on track

Basle, 10 July 2015. Cashcloud AG announces that it has received the
binding commitment from an investor to provide the company with new equity
capital in the amount of EUR 1 million. This commitment complements the
capital measures communicated on 19 June 2015. The new shares will be
issued at a price of EUR 9.50. In addition, the company agreed another loan
in the amount of EUR 300,000. The resulting cash flow and the existing
funds will provide the company with sufficient cash until the end of the
year to implement its operational business objectives.

The innovative and comprehensive mobile eWallet has put Cashcloud on the
growth track. The company has meanwhile signed up over 130,000 registered
users and is currently preparing to make the app available also in other
countries besides the existing markets of Germany, France, Spain and the
Netherlands.

The shares of Cashcloud AG were admitted to trading in the General Standard
of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange on 8 June 2015 at a price of EUR 3.82.
Trading was suspended by the Stock Exchange on 30 June 2015 at a price of
EUR 9.66. Cashcloud AG has no information what prompted the Stock
Exchange's decision but assumes that this will be only a temporary measure.
The company is clearly interested in proper trading and is available to
provide the Stock Exchange with any kind of assistance. Cashcloud operates
in the dynamic growth market for digital and mobile payments. Together with
its partners, the company relied on the General Standard of Deutsche Börse
for its future expansion. Cashcloud AG will inform its shareholders
immediately as soon as new information becomes available.
