+++ Nomination of Moritz Hunzinger as new member and at the same time as
Chairman of the Board of Directors of Cashcloud AG +++ Extraordinary meeting of
shareholders planned in the 4th quarter 2015

Basel, October 19, 2015. The stock listed Cashcloud AG announced today the
nomination of Prof. Moritz Hunzinger (Frankfurt am Main) as new member and at
the same time as Chairman of the Board of Directors. He will be proposed for
election at an extraordinary meeting of shareholders planned for the 4th quarter
2015. Sven Donhuysen, founder and up to now Chairman of the Board of Directors,
will remain his mandate as member of the Board of Directors.
