Berlin, Germany - April 07, 2014, Korsair Holdings AG (NOM.BE), announces
that it has entered into an exclusive representative and strategic
cooperation agreement with Synchrotech Solutions Ltd, ("Synchrotech"), a
Nicosia Cyprus based company that is focused on green energy projects in
Cyprus.

According to Boris Rubizhevsky, Korsair Holdings AG Chief Executive
Officer, "We are pleased to be working with Synchrotech a firm established
in 2004 with broad level of experience in Cyprus as well operations in
Greece, the Balkans, Mediterranean and Russia. Our agreement calls for
cooperation in the clean energy field, where Synchrotech offers in-country
expertise from project licensing to installation, operation and
maintenance. We look forward working with Synchrotech team bringing
innovative green energy products and technologies to Cypriot marketplace."
