On August 22nd, World Markets' Board of Directors approved the company's
2013 Interim Financial Statements. Prepared under IFRS, it covers
activities in the first six months of 2013 including the acquisition of
F.I.T. Management Ltd. Revenues in the period totaled CHF 3.7 million, and
profits CHF 1.3 million. Total assets also presented significant increase,
from CHF 16.5 million in December 2012 to CHF 52.7 million in June 2013. As
a result, the Basic Earnings per Share increased from CHF 1.07 per share
2012 to CHF 1.48 per share in the first six months of 2013.
