World Markets AG announces its results for 2013. The Board of Directors has
approved the audited financial statements for 2013 prepared under IFRS on
May 19, 2014. The annual reports and accounts are released with regard to
the company's upcoming Annual General Meeting taking place on 27 June 2014.

Consolidated net loss for 2013 under IFRS was TCHF -38 938 (TCHF 1 024 in
2012), corresponding to CHF -14.95 per share (CHF 1.07 in 2012).
The invitation to the Annual General Meeting will be published shortly in
the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce and the German Bundesanzeiger.
