Genolier Swiss Medical Network (GSMN) today announces the execution of the
acquisition of 100% of Klinik Villa im Park AG in Rothrist (Aargau). The
Board of Directors will be composed of Raymond Loretan, Marcel Grawe,
Antoine Hubert and Beat Röthlisberger. The strategy developed by Klinik
Villa im Park will be pursued and supported by the Group. GSMN will also
continue to invest in the infrastructure and quality.
By integrating GSMN, Klinik Villa im Park will benefit from the advantages
of a national group, which is today present in 9 Swiss cantons. The clinic
will continue to offer high quality medical services and guarantee the 135
employments. Genolier Swiss Medical Network is actively collaborating with
regional actors in Switzerland and will also implement this in Aargau. The
constructive dialogue with the actors of the sanitary network will be
pursued and intensified.
With 13 clinics and one ambulatory centre, GSMN is now active in 9 cantons.
The Group continues to realise its strategy, which consists in the creation
of a major healthcare actor in Switzerland.
