commercial property near Düsseldorf

-Contract for the sale of "Erkrath Retail" notarised

Zurich, 17 February 2016 - Peach Property Group, an investor in residential real
estate, today announced the sale of its "Erkrath Retail" commercial property
near Düsseldorf to a private German investor at an attractive price. The
contract for the acquisition of all shares of Peach Property Group (Deutschland)
AG's subsidiary, Portfolio Erkrath Retail GmbH, which exclusively owns the
"Erkrath Retail" property, was notarised yesterday. The sale will generate
additional cash funds of approximately CHF 9 million for Peach Property Group
that will be used for further company growth. The transaction is expected to
close in the first quarter of 2016.

Following this transaction, Peach Property Group will further focus on the
residential property sector, in line with its strategy. The proceeds from the
sale will be reinvested in additional high-yielding residential properties,
predominantly in Germany.

Peach Property Group had acquired the commercial property located in the centre
of Erkrath-Hochdahl with lettable space of 6,700 m² in 2012. Through active
asset management and major leasing successes, the property's market value has
risen considerably since the acquisition. A particular impact had the lease
extension signed with EDEKA Rhein-Ruhr ahead of time for 16 year until the end
of 2031. Peach Property Group can now realise this appreciation in value by the
sale of this commercial property.
