Novavisions sold its stake in Petshop.de GmbH

Rotkreuz (Switzerland), 01.10.2013. Novavisions AG, which specialises in
equity investments in the high-tech sector, sold its 30% stake in
Petshop.de GmbH.

Petshop.de is an online store for pet supplies and accessories. Due to
disagreements concerning the orientation and funding of Petshop.de GmbH,
Novavisions decided to sell its stake. This transaction will have a
negative impact of about EUR 500 thousands to the financial statements of
Novavisions AG in the second half of 2013.
