ADAM is choosing Azure as an infrastructure platform in response to the growing needs of globally active enterprises engaged in customer experience management. Increasingly, decentralized teams are tasked with building relevant customer experiences on an ever-increasing range of channels. ADAM provides these teams and organizations with control over the multiple variations of assets and content that drive customer experiences. Azure provides ADAM with the reliable, powerful and globally relevant infrastructure.
"We see having ADAM Software in the Azure Marketplace as an important part in the evolution of Digital Asset Management and a first step in the ADAM on Azure roadmap. It means that our customers can run ADAM on the cloud and connect to systems on their own premises that contain sensitive data," says Pieter Casneuf [https://be.linkedin.com/in/pietercasneuf], CEO at ADAM Software. "It will create a perfect scenario for the Smart Content Hub(TM) to bring control and flexibility to the enterprise by connecting business processes on the back-end to customer demand for digital assets and product content on the front-end."
The Azure certification will give ADAM customers and prospects the ability to create virtual machines on the Azure Marketplace with ADAM software pre-installed. ADAM's Azure Marketplace offering will follow the ADAM customer journey from the moment they are aware of their need for a DAM solution to the moment they are able to go live, and then through their fluctuating demand.
"By achieving Microsoft Azure Certified status, ADAM Software's customers gain access to a tool that makes it easy for any ADAM user, anywhere to be able to connect to the single, trusted source," says Steven Guggenheimer, Corporate Vice President of Microsoft's Developer Experience & Evangelism. "Azure's global presence ensures that users at decentralized offices are optimally situated to work with ADAM on Azure. For developers, it enables them to use existing skills with the technologies they are already familiar."
To make use of ADAM on the Azure Marketplace, customers need to create a virtual machine on the Azure Marketplace and contact ADAM Software to obtain a license.
