St. Gallen, November 20, 2014 - The listed company SANDPIPER Digital
Payment AG (ISIN: CH0033050961, Ticker: SDP, www.sandpiper.ch) has
successfully completed its capital increase totalling 48,093,017 bearer
shares (no-par shares) on the basis of a subscription price of CHF 0.25 per
new share. The Company's registered share capital will be increased to
151,294,892 shares, each with a notional value of CHF 0.10 per share.
Trading of the new shares under the existing ISIN CH0033050961 is scheduled
for November 21, 2014.
Dr. Cornelius Boersch, President of Sandpiper, comments on the successful
placement: "The interest shown by investors indicates, that we are on the
right track. With the extra funds available, we are able to implement our
"Buy and Build" strategy consequently."
