Arbon, 5. September 2017. Changes in Group Executive Management of EDAG
Engineering Group AG (EDAG), ISIN CH0303692047 due to a change in strategy.

The Company will increase its competencies in the fields of electro- mobilty,
software- solutions and connectivity and spur its international development.
This shift in strategic focus is flanked by organizational and personal changes.
For this strategic realignment, the Board of Directors recruited Mr. Cosimo de
Carlo, currently serving as Group Vice President Automotive at Altran as new
Chief Executive Officer. He will assume office within the next twelve month. In
addition, the Board of Directors will accelerate the strategic international
development and intends to expand the activities in selected 'best cost
countries' to tend to changed customer demands. The current CFO Jürgen Vogt will
serve as interim CEO for the time being. The Board of Directors is in a
constructive dialogue with Jörg Ohlsen regarding future areas of possible
cooperation.
