EDAG Engineering Group AG: Increase of revenue guidance after strong H1

Arbon, July 12, 2018. Based on preliminary, non-consolidated figures, EDAG
Engineering Group AG (EDAG) has generated revenues of about 390 million Euros in
the first half of 2018. This corresponds to an increase of revenues of ca. 11%
compared to H1 2017. The adjusted EBIT[1]in the first half of 2018 levelled at
about 22.5 million Euros, the adjusted EBIT-margin in H1 was at about 5.8%.
Compared to 15.1 million Euros in the previous year, this corresponds to an
increase of about 50%.
 

Against the background of the strong increase in revenues in the first half
year, the EDAG management adjusts the revenue guidance for the full year 2018.
It is now expected that revenues will increase in a range of 6-8% (before: up to
5%). The guidance for the adjusted EBIT-margin remains unchanged at
approximately 5-7%.
 

The final numbers for H1 2018 will be published on August 22nd, 2018.
