Baar/Madrid- Westport is holding an extraordinary general meeting. The only
agenda item will be the election of the official auditing company. The board
proposes the

CHARIS Finanz- und Vermögensmanagement AG, Ilgenstrasse 6, CH-9200 Gossau.

For this formal process, the personal appearance of the shareholders at the
extraordinary general meeting is not required, since the simple majority makes
the decision. Nevertheless, Westport Energie AG invites with this announcement
