Management Changes
Wattens - It is with profound sadness that we share today the news that SWARCO
founder and CEO Manfred Swarovski has passed away in the evening of Sunday, 13
May 2018.
Mr. Swarovski's goal has always been to ensure the stability and continuity of
the SWARCO Group.
The management of SWARCO AG was structured in order to ensure these goals.
Therefore, the Executive Board consisting of Chief Operating Officer Philipp
Swarovski (Division RMS), Chief Operating Officer Michael Schuch (Division ITS)
and Chief Financial Officer Daniel Sieberer will maintain the ongoing
operational and strategical leadership as in the past years.
We may announce today that the ownership of SWARCO AG will remain with Manfred
Swarovski's closest family.
