Juice Technology lifts customer service to a whole new level
Repairs directly through the manufacturer, troubleshooting by engineering specialists and courtesy devices to offer you increased flexibility while yours is being serviced.
Juice Technology AG, leading manufacturer of mobile charging stations for electric cars, is always keen to offer the best possible customer support. As such, we are constantly expanding the service we offer. Customers can now contact Juice Technology AG Technical Support directly and will also be offered the use of a courtesy device if their own is still under warranty.
Most manufacturers require claims to go via the stockist from whom the customer bought the product. This can often make servicing a complex and long-winded process, causing both the customer and the dealer a great deal of stress. To make the whole process much smoother and more efficient, Juice Technology AG is now offering a direct service option, valid even if the device wasn't purchased directly from Juice.
Philippe Suère, Head of Administration at Juice Technology AG, explains: "As manufacturers, we felt it was important to relieve our partners and stockists of this responsibility. By allowing our customers to contact us directly, and reducing the communication channels accordingly, we can get straight to the root of the problem much more quickly. By offering the user a courtesy device, we can also make sure that they are able to continue using their familiar charging solution and all the flexibility that entails."
Should they experience problems with the product, customers can now complete an online technical report on the Juice Technology AG website where they can describe the situation in as much detail as possible. The relevant service teams can then assess the issue and contact the customer directly. The service team will check a range of different charging configurations before asking for the device to be returned, as 90% of faults are statistically proven to be down to another issue in the charging operation, not the charging station itself. This avoids unnecessary costs and downtime. If the fault does appear to be with the device itself, the customer will be offered a courtesy device while their own is being repaired as long as theirs is still under warranty.
