Juice Technology AG, leading manufacturer of portable charging stations for electric cars, is now officially one of the world's best places to work. The results were announced earlier today by the Business Intelligence Group
The award is based on an anonymous online survey of all employees with questions covering how they identify with the company, their own fields of work, or relationships between fellow workers and between staff and managers.
"Congratulations to Juice Technology for building an organization focused on employee engagement and performance," said Maria Jimenez, Chief Nominations Officer of Business Intelligence Group. "It was clear from analyzing the employee survey data that this is a great place to work and employee feedback is not only listened to, but acted upon. Congratulations to the entire team."
Juice Technology AG was set up in Cham in 2014 and expanded rapidly to become the market leader in portable charging stations after its very first year of trading. This was thanks in no small part to the outstanding commitment of its entire team and the quality products it supplies.
"In a fast-paced sector like e-mobility, you sometimes have to take an unconventional route to get to the top. We ask and expect a great deal of our team," explains Christoph Erni, Juice Technology AG's founder and CEO. "We don't have traditional 9-to-5 jobs as such - that's not the way to succeed in the business world nowadays. Every team member needs to think outside the box and get involved in areas that might not be quite what they signed up for. They need to bring in fresh ideas and, perhaps most important of all, communicate openly and directly to reduce the time it takes to find the best solutions. We have managed to build a team that works like a well-oiled machine - yet with the ability to react quickly and with bags of flexibility. I would say that working for us can be quite challenging, but the team and fellow workers make the whole experience thoroughly enjoyable. Being nominated as one of the world's best places to work based on employee surveys is quite simply the greatest honor and acknowledgement of our efforts that we could wish for.
The team is set to expand further as we head into 2021, with more employees joining us along the way. The company is keen to see a marked increase in the size of its development and sales divisions to keep pace with demand. This will ensure we are in the best place to react to changes in the marketplace and within the business itself.
