YOUNIQ is generating EUR 36.6 million of gross sales proceeds from this transaction, which are to be invested directly in the further expansion of its core "Student Housing" business. The cooperation between YOUNIQ AG and the MPC Capital AG issuing house was the subject of an agreement concluded in July 2011. The first fund that the two companies have launched reports a volume of around EUR 63 million. MPC Capital is responsible for the structuring and marketing of the funds as part of the cooperation, while YOUNIQ handles the project management, construction and management of the high-quality student apartments.
