Neuhausen am Rheinfall / Schweiz - Die Aktionäre der LifeWatch AG 
(SIX Swiss Exchange: LIFE) haben an der Ausserordentlichen 
Generalversammlung in Zürich dem Antrag des Verwaltungsrats auf eine 
Kapitalherabsetzung in der Form einer Nennwertrückzahlung an die 
Aktionäre zugestimmt.
