Board of Directors of BKW Inc. Ueli Dietiker steps down

By agreement with the Board of Directors of BKW, Ueli Dietiker has decided to step down at the Annual General Meeting on 17 May 2013. His resignation was made in view of his commitment to Swisscom AG. By deciding to step down, Ueli Dietiker eliminates any potential conflict of interests between his BKW mandate and his position at Swisscom. Dietiker has been a member of the BKW Board of Directors since his election at the Annual General Meeting on 13 May 2011.
The Board of Directors of BKW thanks Ueli Dietiker for the services he has rendered and wishes him all the best for the future.
