Fraport AG Presents the 12th International Frankfurt Air Freight Days Conference on October 10-11 at Frankfurt Airport

Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide - the company owning and managing Frankfurt Airport (FRA) - will present its 12tth International Frankfurt Air Freight Days conference from October 10 to 11, at FRA's Sheraton Hotel near Terminal 1. Held biennally at Europe's largest air cargo gateway, this event has become a tradition among decision makers in the international airfreight and logistics business. This year the conference will focus on "Strategies for Success in Air Cargo" and will be organized in cooperation with Hamburg-based Deutsche Verkehrs-Verlag, which publishes the Deutsche Verkehrs-Zeitung (DVZ) for the transportation industry.
The conference agenda also includes topics on quality assurance and technical developments in air cargo, E-commerce, as well as logistics trends. About 250 participants are again expected to attend from around the globe, including leading representatives of freight forwarders, logistics companies, shippers from various branches of industry, associations, government organizations, airlines, and airports.
Dr. Wilhelm Bender, Executive Board Chairman of Fraport AG, and Prof. Manfred Schölch, the company's Deputy Chairman, will welcome the delegates. The program features speeches and lively panel discussions with prominent guests. A small but targeted exhibition area will also be set up near the conference area. The International Frankfurt Air Freight Days has proven to be a valuable venue for renewing old acquaintances and for making new contacts with the prime movers of the international air cargo industry.
