Independent Study of Global Airports Confirms That FRA's Duty Free Shops Offer the Best Alcohol Prices

Frankfurt Airport's duty free shops
offer the best prices for alcohol - overall, 16.5 percent below the
average prices for alcohol at eleven major airports around the globe
- according to a recent independent study conducted by the U.K.-based
market research firm IMPACT. The neutral study, which is published
for managers of the international alcoholic drinks industry, compares
prices of a representative range of well-known alcohol brands.
Frankfurt Airport (airport code = FRA) ranked number one for having
the best alcohol prices, followed by Amsterdam Schiphol and Brussels
airports. More expensive, Dubai and London airports ranked lower on
