Munich, 27 April 2009 - TV-Loonland AG is postponing the publication of its annual accounts 2008 set for end of April 2009 due to ongoing talks with investors regarding the future capital structure of the company. The company now aims at a release date before the end of June 2009.
As the outcome of these talks has a significant impact on the annual accounts, TV-Loonland had no other choice than postponing the publication as the talks could not be finished in time as previously anticipated.
However, the Management Board expects to settle an agreement in due course and to release the annual accounts shortly thereafter.
TV-Loonland will announce the final publishing date on short notice.
