22 May 2009 - Management Board and Supervisory Board of TV-Loonland AG have agreed on applying for revocation of admission of its shares currently listed in the section of the Regulated Market with additional follow-up obligations (so called Prime Standard). Once the application is formally accepted by the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, TV-Loonland shares will be listed in the General Standard. The time frame between the announcement and the revocation becoming effective is three months.
