Heinz Brasic, Chief Marketing Officer of Telekom Austria AG steps down

Mr. Heinz Brasic submitted his resignation as Chief Marketing Officer of Telekom Austria AG (VSE:TKA; NYSE:TKA) to the Supervisory Board.
The Supervisory Board of Telekom Austria acknowledges the resignation and expresses thanks to Mr. Brasic for his efforts for Telekom Austria.
Until a successor to Mr. Brasic has been appointed Mr. Heinz Sundt will take over his tasks as Marketing and Sales CMO in the interim.
